    Stalion Products, Inc. warrants all of its products. Some items qualify for a Lifetime Warranty and other for 24-Months. Please see detailed page or manual instructions for which Warranty your product qualifies for. Stalion will cover a Warranty on any item containing defects in workmanship, and materials that fail under normal use for a period of up to 24-Months. Stalion may deem these standards and will make all final decisions regarding the 24-month customer Warranty, provided that the original materials are able to be returned in the required conditions. Stalion will cover the Return Material Authorization shipping expenses provided they are in proper accordance to the given conditions and guidelines. 

    Defective or Damaged Products
    The warranty will cover defects in workmanship and in materials. Stalion will cover the shipping expenses if it finds that the product is defective in materials or workmanship and at no charge to you repair or replace the product at our discretion and return the product to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or country to country.
    Proof of Authenticity / Proof of Purchase
    When requesting a warranty replacement, we may require proof that the claim is valid. In this regard, we may ask you to submit some form of proof of purchase including a valid online receipt (typically your Amazon.com order number). You may also need to submit a photograph of the product to prove its authenticity and/or show the defective part of the product. 
    Exclusions in Coverage
    This warranty does not cover accidental damage from misuse, improper care or alteration attempts, or against harsh acts of nature such as volcanoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, flooding, tornadoes, etc… This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country. We do not warranty third party items that are not manufactured by us; this also includes illegally replicated items and anything associated with intellectual property infringement.
    Submitting a Claim
    In rare occasions; If it is necessary to open a claim we will escalate the case to that level of support and the appropriate guidance will be provided.
